Next week we will launch the first session of our Spring Arts Intensive program. Through this program we will explore our inner voices, our inner landscapes, and how we communicate them to the outside world. We will engage with ourselves and each other with compassion through… Art!
Students will have the opportunity to learn about mindful self-compassion practices, reflect on their own mental health journeys, and create self-directed art projects of various mediums to share their own unique perspectives. The program culminates in an interactive public event on Friday, May 8, in honor of May Mental Health Awareness Month, where all art pieces will be on display.
